        Na, file it.
They'll get a whole bunch of meaningless demands, but they are just that, scrap paper

Curlyben, i am not being awkward but when you say pay council and police everyone else to be ignored. Please check out Bill of rights 1688 which states....Only a judge can convict, not my words these are the laws.
Grants of Forfeitures. That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegall and void.

Do NOT start with that Bill of Rights Cobblers as it has been found lacking as an argument against paying parking fines.
The main reason being parking has been DEcriminalised and specifically dealt with by statute laws.

Feel free to rely on those arguments if YOU want, but I will never advise a sane person to do so.

Like i said i am not being awlward, if parking has been decriminalised then we cannot be fined for something that is not a crime, so what are the public being made to pay if its not a crime?

                  Re: Tps

I don't think the public are being MADE to pay anything. We are simply being led to believe we have to pay - and unfortunately, enough of us pay to make it quite a successful con. Just as retail loss prevention is.

Led to believe...Thank you as thats exactly what we are being led to believe and that is made through threats but we dont look at it like that, prison, arrested, warnings all threats against us all to pay up. Statutes are rules of society 'RULES' that if we break them rules we are made to pay only by consent. Come on guys im only trying to help as Julian Assange is and look whats happening to him.

Sorry - I'm not sure what you're trying to say there, Legalese. Is someone here in LB intimidating you ? That's not the way we like to work - and I for one am willing to apologise if I have caused you any distress.

Legalese, as you clearly have no idea how the parking arena works, might I suggest you you keep your advice to yourself, rather than spreading partly quoted misinformation.

                        As I said earlier:

Isn't Assange holed up in some Embassy to avoid extradition for some crime or other,,something more serious than parking?
