Voluntary Termination - Startline

I'm about to send an email to startline (using the template) outlining my voluntary termination (VT) of my hire purchase agreement. Nowhere in my contract does it mention any mileage stipulation, nor did i agree to any mileage, but I just accessed their portal and saw that the 'agreed mileage' is 122k. It looks like they’re assuming 12k miles per year, but I’ve done around 15k annually. However, it also states 'excess charges: £0.00'.

The car is now 7–8 years old, with only minor alloy scuffs and a full service history from a SEAT dealer. Based on this, should I expect any excess mileage charges or other penalties? Has anyone else had a similar experience with VT

Was it a HP or PCP

if it’s HP it’s only an estimated amount but it doesn’t matter if you go over, PCP is different and they will try charge you for more

I’m just at the end of my VT with start line, they pushed and pushed me to keep paying after my VT notice until the car was collected, head of complaints weren’t listening but eventually the final balance team took note and are currently removing this from my account.
