  • Please Help!! - VT - VWFS - Excess Mileage Charges - Claim Form Received!

So long story short, ive owned various cars under PCP deals, I have always Vt'd with no issues, regardless of mileage. A few have written but nothing more has come from it.

This is different somewhat. I have ignored the letters (apart from my initial dismissal of the charges) and they have issued this week in the claims court.

Im now a bit stuck, as I know this is defendable but essentially the car is in my wife's name and she is fuming that she will have to goto court when this is heard. (Im sure we are going to the wire).

Am I right thinking I can speak on her behalf if she is present? She is not up for any of this, where as im up for the fight! Just need some ammo!

Have tried to search on the site for some help with defence but they all dont seem to download the word documents so I guess im calling out for some help from R0b pretty please! I was helped once before and i've been forever grateful.

Im attaching the claim form. I have done the AOS just now, so I know I have a few weeks to bolster a strong defence.

    Thanks in advance.

Just to let you know that R0b hasn’t posted since May of last year so, unfortunately, it’s unlikely you’ll gain his assistance in this matter.
