I'm in need of dome advise please on moneybarn
Brought the car in 2021 I've now paid 3000 pounds towards the vehicle, obviously like most I've had some financial issues and made them fully aware of my situation every time it now comes to July 2024 and I've lost my job they sent a default notice,
Once received I've sent 45 mins to an operator
only to be passed though to there collections dept that never went t too well at they gave me few options one was demanding that i paid a ££ only with 5 days time frame,
After trying to sort this out in August a really good job opportunity fall on me and i was back to getting my finances back on track by this pounds end of aug sept a credit agreement cancellion notice came though
Saying there now instructing debt collection to reclaim the vehicle Nov 2024 a Company called Marstons/engage debt did not succeed threating door visit
Nov 30th coz they failed
they now instructed another company going by EQuivo now they turned up unanimous with a vehicle truck and a female inside there truck blocking my gate
There was a bang up the door there he was stood there smile in his face etc
1st of all he failed to identify his self not only that he had already activated his bwcc body warm cam with out informing me asked if i was Paul no Mr etc
Now this automatically agervated the situation pretty quickly I'm a veteran of 14 years service in the British army and i suffer with PTSD and anxiety issues to say the least
So i asked him to leave my property as he was not invited and just up the gate etc
Now I've been a doorman for 20 years and used my non physical training he refused to leave but took a photo front of reg plate over by my gate he was calling a big boy sounds like bully tactics to me i his body cam fall off which he claimed assault lol civl matter
This went on for about 30 mins i had my children inside
The female who turns out to be his mother ha ha so say calling the police again civl matter
I had to take my children to beavers at 1700 and trying to get them to move the truck which is unlawful active being in mind that these companies have not even sent letters etc to inform my of the visit
After rushing to get my children i the car again causing alarm and distress and them slowly reversing the truck across the t junction
I managed to get out shutting my gate anyway it seams to be that they were following us for about 2 miles then they lefted
Nothing else heard since
06th Dec email sent to EQUIVO informing etc but yet no reply
