Hi I purchased my new car (2018 Vauxhall grandland x) on 30th march 2022, the same day I took the car back as it had a slight misfire, judder when driving, garage couldn’t find any faults, the same thing happened about a month later, the car went back, they couldn’t find an issue so it went to Vauxhall who also couldn’t find an issue, Monday 11th July the car broke down and had to be recovered to the garage, they looked at it today (Wednesday) but can’t find a fault again, where do I stand legally with this, the car has a 2 year warranty and is on a pcp deal with Vauxhall finance
