Hi, so i got myself a section 59 warning for no reason. I've got into it on another thread but ive had no papers or anything not even anything through the post. After speaking to a friend whove had them he says ive got nothing unless i get something through the post. Is this true? im guessing the officer was just trying to scare me if i got nothing

Your query wad answered on your other thread, and you actually read it. Your friend is incorrect.
Here is the post again:
"A section 59 Notice itself is not a criminal conviction. and you won't receive anything in writing.
Accordingly, there is no recognised route of appeal to challenge an officer’s decision to issue such notice.
The only way to do so is by way of Judicial Review proceedings (expensive)"
