Hi please could I have some advice, my ex partner and I purchased a tourer caravan he paid a large deposit I took out finance every thing was in my name and we have since separated I now cannot afford the finance on it and he has took of with the caravan and his not prepared to pay the finance nor return the caravan, the police say it's a civil matter and a solicitor as said they will send him a threatening letter but I know that wont bother him and it's going to cost me a small fortune for nothing the finance company said I cannot do a voluntary termination because I'm not in possession of the caravan and they are wanting me to sign a voluntary surrender form , I'm so confused please please could I have some advice
