I'm not sure I understand.
If the servicing is pay as you go, why did you have to get Citroen to cover your servicing? If the contract says it can be cancelled at any time, then it can be cancelled. They have no jurisdiction or right to then alter that just because the road tax is included.
Think we need a better explanation from you and from Citroen as to why they think you can't cancel despite the contract saying you can.
