  • Audi VT - first time doing this so lets see what happens next

My Audi contract was for 8000 miles per annum and after 31 months of a 36 month contract I've well and truly passed the required payments and car mileage is under 12,00 miles. Car is in great condition so curious how the process of VT flows for a car in my opinion is in pristine condition and low mileage, will it be a simple closure and I won't face any future challenges?

Can't thank those who built and manage this forum to help guys like me from not understanding our legal rights.

VT letter (template from here) and email sent to VWFS today so I await their response.

Had a response from VWFS within 24 hours of my request to VT, I've now provided fairly basic info via a template / questions and replied so await a BCA pick up date.

No pack or anything else sent to me to sign, I'm suspecting low mileage vs projected mileage makes the VT process smoother. Fingers crossed.

Hardly a riveting thread but VT confirmed today, just waiting on BCA to arrange a date for a inspection and collection.

I cant thank Legal Beagles enough for the advice available for folks like me. Better a few quid in my pocket then VWFS or a dealer.

Really glad you found all the information you needed to navigate the process successfully. Thank you for the appreciation X
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

VWFS confirmed VT on 16/11 and sent me a link for BCA to arrange collection, BCA inspection and collection completed this morning so all in all a week from asking for VT to car collection.

A few minor scratches picked up, which would easily polish out and condition grade B. Nothing to pay it would seem so thanks again for info on this site, relieved the car is now safely with BCA / VWFS and all D/D now cancelled.
