new owner of my recently vt"d car turns up at my address

hi rob just had someone who bought my car at auction turn up at my old address (luckily i know the tenents) he was asking for the spare key to the car and the manuels which i never had when i got the car
im quite concerned firstly that he knows my address (could this be from the v5? ) i had nothing but bad news with that car and went through a horrific time due to the fact that my friends son took it for a joy ride on more than one occasion (he was penalised for this) im just maybe overthinking things but thats a chapter in my life i want to be kept closed.
