i bow to your superior knowledge Ostell. I just thought that proved that the car had been collected and they couldn't get cute about saying that it had disappeared.

That piece of paper you would be asked to sign may add additional conditions that were not in the original agreement. And probably to your detriment

I was suggesting thatthe poster simply has a piece that they produce, notthe collector of the finance house stating that the car had been collected by a certain person on a certain date.one copy for OP one copy for driver.
