VT finance company asking for me to accept cost of damages before they will collect

Hi, I have recently requested to VT my HP agreement. They have replied accepting my request, confirming I have paid over half, but have asked me to complete and return a form which starts asking if I am VC (I am not sure what that means) and asking if I have virus symptoms etc. Then they are asking about the car and asking me to tick that I accept to pay for any damages, and that I have to respond before they will collect. How do I proceed?

you ask them when they are going to collect their car. The contract is already ended and they are trying to bypass the legislation

Write back to them and say that you do not have Covid 19 to the best of your knowledge. But will at their expense arrange for a test to be done. Add in the letter that you will not be signing anything.
