Hi all I voluntary terminate my car last month. They come to pick it up sold it at the auction and had woken up to this email as I'm working nights. Say that they repossession the car and this it what I owe. I was well over 50% of the voluntary termination is there anyone that could help as the finance company is closed

Have you asked them to explain why they are seeking to charge you the remaining balance under the agreement? If yes, what is their response, if not, that's your first stop.
