  • Seat (VW Finance) PCP

    Hello

I have had a PCP with VW finance for my Seat since June 2018 and all my payments are up to date.

I had an epileptic seizure in August 2019 which meant I had to surrender my driving licence for 1 year. So I was hoping to get it back in August 2020. However I have recently had a second seizure which has put my driving back to February 2021 if all goes well. I have not informed the finance company of my seizures and loss of licence yet.

I now am seriously thinking of voluntary terminating my contract for my car. I am not half way through my payment and think I have in the region of £3000 to pay.
I am a little unsure how to approach the finance company on this matter and not sure if there are any potential pitfalls in my situation.
Any help on his matter would be very much appreciated.
