8 months ago a friend purchased a car on finance. She has had it back to the dealership during warentee period for repairs and each time has mentioned clutch problems. Now each time they have said there is not a problem with the clutch. Now the car needs a new clutch which could cost upto £2000 on a car which sge has finance on for £6000, she has had the vehicle for 8 months. We woyld like to know where she stands with her statutory rightrights and if the dealership are at fault in any way.
