Audi Finance email address?

Hi,

Does anyone know the Audi Finance email address to send out VT letter to? (Also sending via recorded delivery as advised elsewhere on the forum).

We're posting a letter too, do they tend to pick up on email if we also send the email, or should we await a phone call/something through the post?

I don't know, never dealt with Audi or VWFS. I recommend emial and post as a safe than sorry method.

They will probably respond to the first one they receive, but the wording suggests they'd prefer an email.

"In order to request a voluntary termination, you should complete the template provided and email this to : voluntaryterminations@vwfs.co.uk, or alternatively send it in the post to :

You can go to their website (google Audi Finance), write to them in their chat, and ask for everything you need. They also have the phone numbers of their assistants there. But if you don't want to call, you can send them an email at assist@vwfs.com.au. I wrote once, and they didn't answer me. I assume that either my email came to spam or, in principle, didn't reach it due to some security settings in their mail account. But I needed their help and searched the Internet for services that would find safe and fast email checker solutions so that I would become a secure mail user for this company and my messages would not get into spam. And I found a couple of such options. So if you have any problems, write to me, I will help.

I think they probably didn't reply as .au domain is for Australia , not the UK, rather than an email setting
