  • Voluntary termination- bluemotor finance

    hi,
i have today forwarded an email to bluemotor finance to voluntary terminate my HP agreement.
I have asked them to respond via email to arrange collection of the car.

However- I have moved into my parents house and I haven’t updated my address with them as I don’t want my parents to have hassle.

I have received an email today from a collections company stating they want to visit my address to ensure I still have the vehicle and to discuss this matter further. My problem is I’m no longer there.

Can they do send an “agent” around to the property to discuss this further?

    regards

I’m worried that they may want to take possessions, use bullying tactics or get me to sign something revoking voluntary termination or use terms I’m not familiar with when they say want to “discuss this matter in more depth”.

I've tried calling CAB and they transferred me to a business debt advisor. I waited on the phone for 30 mins with no answer.
