Rebate of interest on VT

Am I entitled to a rebate of interest on voluntary termination. Also FCA have amended their terms to include a Ł139 collection fee. However this wasn’t part of the original contract, are they entitled to retrospectively introduce this charge and can I refuse to pay it?
