Good afternoon,
Having been lurking in the site for a while, I'm now ready to VT my car. It has done circa 13,000 miles over the pro-rata allowance, but other than that, the car is in very good condition. I understand that under the VT laws, I do not have to pay excess mileage charges, and as such, will refute them should they try it on (which I expect they will).
I see people are doing all their communication via letters, but for what reason? I could save a fortune in postage costs, and keep better records of communication if I used email, no?
Thanks in advance for all the help I'm sure I'll get on this forum
