Why the delay on payment? Did you notify them?
Did they serve a default notice on you?
Have you paid 1/3 of the total price payable under the agreement?

payment plan was set up few weeks ago. I made payment not I full , about 70% of agreed payment plan.
as my wages been delayed by employer.
I made payment if avaible money, and just been planning to pay rest soon I can.
finance company called and saying, that terminate contract as payment plan been following by me.
at the moment I pay very near of 50% mark.
Company asking me to sign vs on collection moment.
Please help with advise

When did they call you to tell you the contract has been terminated?
The key question is did you receive a default notice prior to entering into an payment plan with them? A default notice says you must pay X by Y date or the agreement will terminate.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Hi looking for some help on the termination of my vehicle by the finance company I missed a couple of payments a few months ago I agreed to pay 100 extra along with the 657 I pay monthly but have Ben able to pay the extra but still payed 657 per month can someone advise thanks
