good morning all

i need some advice please !

i got a vehicle on finance with moneybarn since 2016I have missed 3 payments in total , 2 were last year first one was March time second December but I continued payments and 3rd one was this June approx.

Now i I have a court letter from Moneybarn saying that the contract is terminated and they want to repossess the vehicle , I have contacted moneybarn told them that I’m willing to pay the outstanding amount which is not big and they don’t want to accept they asked me to fill income and expenditure form
