  • Shortfall on a pcp

    Good evening all,

I'm after advice as I've become frustrated with a situation with Volkswagen financial services, I handed my car as I moved to Australia. So I did a voluntary hand back of the car, they got the car and I'm still paying the short fall.... do I still have to pay? They have the car... do I have any rights in questioning the short fall etc.

I've never failed on a payment once, and every so often I get a threatening letter... I just need some advice on this situation. Please

If you didn't exercise your right to VT under section 99 of the Consumer Credit Act, the answer is yes, unfortunately so.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

Sorry for the late reply as I've only just seen them? What is vt? Volkswagen asked me to do a questionnaire on my financial situation, which I refused to do..... and I'm back in the UK now.
