  • MB Voluntary Confirmation HELP

HI I recieved my letter today from Mercedes Finance in regards to my request for a VT on my car, however i recieved my official letter today and I am being asked to sign a voluntary confirmation letter and in this is says that I am liable for any damage or pro rata excess mileage after inspection of the vehicle? Do i sign this form or can is complete my own?

Hey I did exactly the same yesterday
i spoke to MB on live chat. And they are sending me the pack out.
i owe the £1500 excess mileage and they quoted £794 outstanding.
i need this car gone by next Friday!!
do I complete pack and not sign? Or should I call them today to arrange collection next week?

By signing their forms you will probably be signing awya some of your rights. There is a sample VT request on the forum. Use this form

We now have problems with 2 people on the the same thread with perhaps different problems.

the contract is terminated when the request is received. No need to complete their letter, indeed preferable not to. Use the form from the forum and send it signed for.

Doubt if the car will be gone by next Friday.
