There's reference to clause 13 in the subsection about excess mileage - do you have that?

I think the main concern for you at the moment is whether FCA mark your account with a late payment or default. The question for you is whether you intend to pursue that under breach of data protection or negligence. If you are not prepared to go all the way then I would suggest you look at coming to a repayment plan with them otherwise you'll be left with adverse markers that will affect you over the next 6 years.

A lot of people on here I see are a lot of talk about pursuing lenders if adverse markers are put on their credit file but when it comes to the crunch, they seem to be reluctant or shy away from it all and then panic.

You need to be absolutely certain that you want to take on the risk and go down this route.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
