    Hi

I have been reading a little on the struggle people have had with these and I am currently in the process of doing a VT myself. I have already spoken to BPF and they have told me I have paid the 50% so I can VT.

My issue is the general wear and tear, the condition of the car. Some one bumped me on a car park a few weeks ago and I am now left with a dent in the front wing and a few scratches. Do I chance it handing it back to them with this or get it fixed at a cost of £130 off my local garage.

How strict are they at damage and claiming money back from me, I have just paid for the MOT and work done on it as that was due in the middle of April, but not yet had a service done, I dont see why I should pay out £149 for a service if im giving it back to be auctioned off.

    Thank you in advance.
