Hi All,
I have recently bought a car on PCP and I am due to pick it up from Audi dealership on Saturday. I have concluded the sale on Tuesday. I have just become aware that the Audi I ordered is not the one I have seen. I was convinced my S-line will come with Alcantara seat and a flat bottom steering wheel (which was in a car I have test drive) but upon checking audi website it seems that 1.4 does not come with a flat bottom s/w (not even as an option) and Alcantara seat are available as extra.
When I test drive the car, the dealer told me that my car will be the same but just 1.4 and petrol and not 2.0 diesel. Also, my brother who was with me asked the dealer if the car comes with Alcantara and she said yes.
On my order confirmation form there is nothing about this extra.
Can anyone advise me what can I do? Can I reject the car upon collection? What about my PCP?
