Mini finance early termination pcp

hi I am just under 3 years into a 4 year agreement , my redemption fee is £65 and I want to hand the car back .settlement figure is £10,900 and I am 15000 miles under the allowance.i am being sent a voluntary termination pack high I am told I must sign but have heard legally I don’t need to do so ? There is a tiny scratch but deep . Am I right in say that I can give the car back paying just the redemption fee ? And assume they will try and charge me the earth to repair the scratch ? Or is advisable I get the scratch repaired myself ?finally is there a template for termination letter

Hi. Did you get anywhere with Mini? I am considering doing a VT with mine. My paintwork is immaculate and I’m 10k under my mileage.*
Was it easy to get it collected etc? I have a couple of small marks on my alloys and I’m worried they will charge the earth to get repaired. My husband isn’t keen for me to do it but so many people do without problems.*
