varooma loan

I took out a logbook loan from varooma, My car has now been wrote off by the insurance company, will the insurance company pay them off or will they settle and send me the money and leave it to me to pay them as i would rather do that myself. I am not sure if the insurance company do any checks being a logbook loan. what is the worst varooma can do to me if the loan isn't paid..
