    Re: RCI Financial Services

    Hi Rennie,

Yes it was her own fault they agreed for the payment plan and she didn't stick to it, if she had it might never have got to court (but will never know that for sure) even after court she still didn't get in touch with them. So a word of warning there make sure you can stick to the payments, don't overstretch yourself and keep in touch with them ( in writing).
She did phone them and was told no way they would accept a payment plan, so we wrote to them and they agreed.(That was before court) sorry I am rambling now I hope you get what I mean:tinysmile_grin_t:

We will do all we can to help you:tinysmile_grin_t:

Excellent reply. Thats one rely i have been hoping for.

The 2 times i phoned they have said not a hope in hell basically, Told me its too late and so on , I never contacted them til the default so tough.

But i'll send a letter and say what you have all told me to say basically. Im worried sick so i'll make sure the new payments are met IF they allow me to do so. Here's hoping.

Thanks again SL, Really is much appreciated.

Rennie even if they come back and say no to the payments I would still send it to them, that way if it goes to court they will see you have been trying.

        Fingers all crossed for you

Rennie, when you have the form from the court, scan it in and we will help you complete it and as PK has already suggested you will need to complete an income and expenses schedule as evidence for court. Also, if you have any medical evidences when you were out of work with depression anything that will colaborate the reason for the arrears.

As SL says we here on Legal Beagles really want to help you and we also know that you do not want to loose your car - not just because you will not have wheels but because we believe that your mum being a guarantor will have a hefty bill to pay if the car is repossessed.

You have to try all angles to try and stop this from happening.

Rennie how have you got on with it all?

I am new to Legal Beagle as of today and have just read through the previous posts. I really hope they didn't take your car.

You story has parallels to mine. Think I will start a new thread so as not to take over yours, but I just hope you got yours resolved in time. I have had sooooo many lies, different stories and a lot of misleading information from RCI so know how you feel
