Pretty much only fill in the {} parts i'd think. Attach any/all photos too.


The personal info would be a good idea although that probably gets filled in on the popla website too.

Just tried to appeal on POPLA site but it turns out the PPS company gave me incorrect (too short) verification number. Can we use it against them somehow ? or should I just contact them to get vaild one.

Sadly not.

Just ask PPS for a new/proper one. Should be 10 digits.
