    Morning M1

Rejected my appeal due to overstay, car broke down on an awful night of weather at begin of May 16, called RAC and they advised 3 hours wait but car dash lights were all on due to water ingested. Contractor called me to say try this this and this and the car ecu had reset and started again. I told the contractor whilst he was on the phone the car seemed fine so he canceled the call out, of course i had a ticket by then? Then got a letter, i appeal this and now they rejected on them grounds of what i explained. They said RAC must supply my call out, now rac.ops.**.uk cant supply the info? What you suggest i do?? Appreciate any help

    Thanks.

    Re: MET PCN

Have you spoken to the manager of the site ?

Post up sanitised versions of the pcn and letters etc

Ask RAC again and tell them if you need to that you will move to AA/Green Flag/a.n. other if their service remains shite.

No I haven't spoken to the manager as it was shut and closed on this parking estate, lashing down with rain and the RAC are telling me data protection and wont issue details of this to be used by a third party?

Please see attached correspondences so far

I have emailed admin and kati with the pdf file blanked out but do have the unedited version too

            Re: MET PCN

            Hi M1
Rac are being not exactly helpful. If the contractor hadn't rung me on route and told me to try some things to start the car, the car started and drove ok but obviously at the time of the start of the incident I wasn't aware of the restrictions. I was fighting a car that was in shutdown mode and dangerous to drive so went in there as a safe house or port in a storm literally. 3hrs 30 passed and I couldn't help that. Place was totally in darkness and weather still shocking. The 2 letters is all I have, one notice and 1 rejection. I guess if I fail to supply the documents? Doesn't seem to have a popla code?

I appreciate your and kati's advice and time and efforts. Mongrals ...

            So what you suggest ?

Write to MET and ask them to provide a popla code.
