    Re: MET McDonalds Parking Charge

    Hi,
I'm not meaning to hijack your thread but i don't know how else to contact Mystery1 and i was just wondering; I have now received a POPLA code from MET for also overstaying at a McDonalds restaurant near to Heathrow. The 1st letter from them didn't include the code I had asked for just a rox of XXXXXXX so it's a standard letter. They emailed me a correct code on 21/3/16 but i'm not sure how to word the appeal to POPLA. Can i used the same template that you have posted above to Brett?
I previously emailed customer services at McDonalds to see if i could have the charge removed as i was a paying customer who lost track of time & didn't realise i had overstayed and the carpark was 1/2 empty anyway so i wasn't stopping anyone parking there. They said no i would have to deal with MET/POPLA.
    Many thanks

Probably. You need to check everything applies to your case.
