So I received a PCN through the post last week for "overstaying my paid time" at the Cheltenham matalan store.
This was at 8 am in the morning and I was officially just 3 minutes over the time - this was time taken to pay for my ticket and exit the car park (which has traffic lights - I wasn't about to drive through a red!)
The site was not full and I am being charged £50 for my 3 minutes....there was no parking attendant so no physical ticket and the camera which photographed me is AFTER the exiting traffic light.
I have sent my first appeal but it's been rejected - someone please help or else it escalates to £85 by Friday!!
