  • HELP. with my pcn from met parking services.

Can someone advise me please. I was given a pcn by met parking services in maccys at near stansstead airport. I was lost and stopped quicky at macdonalds i parked in a disabled space as i do have a blue badge but because i was lost an flustered i never showed it, it is a free car park for 1 hour anyway. after approx 15/20 minutes i went back to my car and saw a ticket. i showed the man my blue badge and explained i was flustered lost and just didnt think clearly.
I have wrote to the met parking services who rejected my appeal and gave me a poopla code, is it worth me fighting this because i feel this is really harsh?

I would fight as Met have consistently failed to show proper authority to operate and so lose at popla.

Post up the PCN, appeal etc suitablt sanitised and i'll see what i can do.

        Got it xx
Hi thank you for your help.
I was stupid and did not keep a copy of my appeal..
But I did briefly explain that I was lost and had no wifi went into McDonald's to use wifi checked car park was free and just ran in I do have a blue badge but did not put it up as I just saw free to park for 1 hour. I do think it is very harsh fine I was lost and stressed. The reply I got was:
