MET Parking Charge in McDonald in Southall

@Mysteri1 dear mysteri1 i received a Penalty charge notice from MET in McDonald in Southall today for£50 if i pay within 14 days otherwise it will be £100, i would like to know your advise on that, and do you think i should challenge it?

It's best to wait for the Notice to Keeper (arrives through the post to the registered keeper of the vehicle) ... POPLA appeals are always more winnable then

While you're waiting, have a look round some of the other threads to see what will most likely happen

Indeed, wait for the NTK which will be at least day 28 and day 56 at latest.

Not upto, at least 28 days from the date of the vent. (in fact as that's when they can apply for the registered keepers identity it's actually 29 minimum unless they hand deliver it !)

[MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION], mystery1 i forgot to tell you after seeing the penalty ticket om the windscreen i went back inside McDonald and they gave me a form and my receipts to challenge the fine.
