  • Help with Premier parking ltd fine

    Hi

today when I came in from work I found a letter from premier parking ltd stating I have a parking fine.

I parked in a retail car park which was free for 2 hours but because I was Christmas shopping I lost track of time and was 34 minutes late. I've looked on the Internet and I've read that I should totally ignore it or i should appeal. Here is an attached picture of the letter.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hi to LB

I've moved your thread to the right forum section where @mystery1 will be able to advise on the best way to appeal.

Contact the management of the stores you bought from and even threaten (or actual do it) to return goods purchased if they are unhelpful initially.

I would say appeal to Premierand then when rejected go to popla based on the fact i believe the notice to keeper doesn't comply with PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9. This does risk the charge being £100 rather than £60 but also potentially zero.

      Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs . I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

      Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.

        Thanks for the replies.

I'll try and appeal and see where it goes, I have a photo of one of the signs in the car park and it's not very clear to read even when your up close. Not sure whether this will help me or not.
