I know im a newbie but i have been following some of the cases on your forum regarding parking fines and need some help please.
My wife recently received a PCN through the post, Unfortunately i have already appealed the case and it was rejected.
We have been using the car park for quite some time and i wasn't aware of any parking restrictions, so we where very surprised when the pcn arrived in the post.
Upon returning to the car park to look for the signs they are their but i can honestly say we didn’t see them.
The thing that really annoyed me is the council car park on the other side of the road is free after 6pm until the following morning. But as we where shopping in the retail park i parked in the car park (shops and a kfc)
My fine is £45 if i pay by today or £90 if its any later, i was going to use one of the letters on the forum would it work in my appeal?
Hope someone can help as i never get a parking ticket and could really do with not losing my money?
Do you think i should pay the fine as today is the last day?
