I'm about to send an appeal to POPLA and was wondering if anyone might read/edit/advise on the content and arguments I am using.

Company was SMART Parking.

I'm also looking for info in regards to grace periods for that particular car park.

Bit ugly but covers all the areas you'll need. They can use keeper liability as the event was in England (IMO). What a Scottish court would make of it is anyones guess but i think they'd use English law with Scottish court procedures.


Change appellants to singular as there can only be 1 registered keeper.

I just wanted you to remove the s where it's needed. There are times you've used it where it sounds plural and there can only be one.

Stuff like - the appellants contention is - is ok.

Stuff like - the appellants entered in to - isn't.
