Without going to court and winning and you not paying within 28 days they have no right to enter anything on your credit record.

Just catching up as had three letters from a DCA now, the last one saying it was the final letter before court.

I'm a little concerned about my options now. Mostly because I am about to move and do not want anything on my credit file which could impede this and/or my mortgage.

What is the normal scenario in this case?

Based on your previous post though, if/until I go to court, I don't have to worry about this affecting my move.

Unless they WIN in court and you fail to pay within 28 days it will not have any impact at all. File the crap somewhere in case you need it.

Ok that's what I hoped.

All will be filed, although it's not much. Just the reminder, the appeal rejection email and the DCA letters x3.

No doubt I'll be back here if anything else comes through.
