It's just a letter saying we've got your appeal we'll be in touch blah blah blah.

I unapproved it as he left personal info on it.

You may be kept waiting a while - my appeal was due to be heard in the 2nd week of May, but still not heard anything from them.

Hi [MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION] I received a rejection for my appeal from MET this morning and I have a verification code for popla with it I have checked the site you provided and the code was issued a day before the date of my rejection letter.
Would I use the same template letter as above to appeal this.

Just received a 52page evidence checklist shall I forward this??
This is what was said :-

"Please find attached a copy of our evidence pack in response to POPLA appeal XXXXXXXXXXx for your perusal. POPLA, which is the independent appeals process will now make an decision on your appeal."

How many are case law ?
