  • Parking eye...help needed

Hi, just looking for some advice, i received a letter from parking eye claiming I had over stayed my allotted time. To which i appealed sending pictures of the two tickets i bought (which more than covered the period in question) they then sent me a letter saying it failed as i didn't supply proof of purchase in the store, i then sent them an online bank statement proving my purchases in store and at the stores petrol station.
I have now received a letter saying "you have provided evidence of purchase, however be advised this did not meet the discretionary criteria set by the land owner in this case"
I have therefore been sent a popla appeal code. Just need some advice on where to go from here as i have provided proof of payment and proof of purchase in store??

I have no idea what's going on here.

It was a pay and display carpark and you bought 2 different tickets which covered the duration ?

Do you have pictures of the signs and copies of notices and appeals ?
