Euro Car Parking Ticket outside Toys R Us

It's a while since I've been on here, can someone update me on fighting a parking ticket issued by the usual Ripoff companies. Where do I stand has the law changed? Can I ignore their ticket?

You can but it wil probably end badly.

Do you have a scan of the ticket and pics of the signs ? Will help greatly fighting keeper liability.

Contact the store manager and see if he'll cancel it. As well as that appeal to parkingeye.


Dear Sirs,


I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a genuine shopper (provide a scan of the receipt if possible) and paid for parking in any event. Your charges are also penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.


I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so.


Should you reject my appeal please provide a popla code.
