Good Morning

Was wondering if i could get some further advice and support regarding this case it is still ongoing. I have all the relevant emails to send onto you I was wondering what to do next and is there a time limit on a case. This has been ongoing for a year now!

There has been numerous of emails received I will try and send them onto you but they are basically explaining that the case although was closed and the appeal was won it needed to be reopened due to a admin error. I will send the emails through to you now.

In response to the operators evidence pack i would like to add to my appeal.

The vehicle was used as a replacement vehicle for carer duties and was parked in the carer and emergency vehicle bay. This bay is clearly not for permit holders as the residents lives would be put at risk if emergency vehicles had to obtain a permit before attending to a life threatening situation.

The operators witness statement was dated 2013 which is before the parking incident date and should be ignored.


If the appeal is not allowed it should be stayed pending the result of Parking Eye v Beavis in the supreme court. A verdict is expected imminently.
