  • parking charge notice

I visited a chiropractor in a small retail park where there are offices Gym and some shops. There are visitors parking bay where I usually park. On one occasion, at the time of my appointment, I couldn’t find any space in visitor bays so I parked in the internal car park where there were signage (see attached) I looked for the signed marked bay allocated for my practice and could not find any. So I parked in the bay which was not allocated to any shop and I received parking notice from UKPC. I appealed to the notice as there was not enough signage for me to understand where I should park. My appeal got rejected. There was no indication of amount of parking charges I need to pay, there was no machine to pay the parking charges. I was in severe pain that day and I was running late for my appointment. I made the assumption that I can park in any bay which is not allocated. As some bays are clearly marked for leisure center, offices name. Please advise what should I write in my appeal to POPLA? Many thanks
