in September we received a reminder pcn from premier park issues in Larmona cornwall.
so first we never had a parking notice on our screen because my wife was always sat in the car tat day , second we didnt get the first letter either. and thirdly my wife paid, as we done all the time on holidays in Cornwall. we save coins all year around and even use the app too.
the machine didnt give the ticket that day and kept the money also, my wife took the picture on her phone.
so she appeal to them, of course no number to ring, and because the car is on my name they keep send the appeal back, even with the proof she paid on that day.
we are very busy working and could do not to be stressed with this. because we send my letter with her email adress they drag their feet to the dead line 4 th october. I guess they just want us to pay and appeal again for a refund that would never happened....
whats the options?? and btw lots of people got the same issues at the same place.
