St Neots parking

I wonder if you can help ! I got a parking fine in St Neots for 100 pounds. I paid for the parking but did not get a display card. I drive in at 13.53 - I then paid as I said 1.80 pounds and saw I did not get a display card but saw my card was deducted. So at 14.00 I took a photo of this . I have this evidence but parking eye is not accepting this. I really do not know what to do - please could you advise !

So have you sent them a copy of your statement? What exactly did you send?
