  • Popla decision rejected

I’m desperate for help with my failed attempt at a popla appeal. I thought I knew what I was doing but clearly not. I’m a disabled woman and was parked in a blue badge holders disabled bay. I went to a couple of shops including a fast food restaurant to use the toilets. I also had to make an emergency trip back to my car ( personal medical reasons) which took up extra time. I was allowed to be in the carpark fir 2hr 40 min I walked around ( with a walking aid) dunelm and Aldi and also the restaurant trip. All this plus the covid social distancing in shops so queues was longer, queues fir the lift as 2 persons rule and this is without the queue outside Aldi. There was apparently a sign which I now know is over 9 ft tall and on entrance of a fast food restaurant drive thru, so it’s very hard to see. If there was any other signs then they was not near the disabled bay in which I parked. My appeal has been rejected regardless, any advise please ?

Now that my popla has been rejected do I have to pay the fine or is there something else I can do

You sit tight and see if they take it to court. A court may be sympathetic

Do you know my chances of wining my case by going to court? And if I don’t pay will they defiantly take me to court?
