    MET Parking Services - Notice to Registered Keeper

    Sorry if this has been covered in previous posts. I’ve seen a lot of them related to not receiving a notice within 14 days but with this I have received it within that window.

    Is this something I will need to pay?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Unfortunately they seem to have complied with the requirements of POFA, apart from a minor period of parking, and so can take action against the keeper.

    Much as I hate to say it pay the reduced amount. Unless you xan get the businesses around the car park to cancel
