Hi i recieved a parking ticket which i have appealed which seems to have been unsuccessful they stated i stayed over the time limit by 20 minutes however, whilst i was shopping the company where the parking ticket work along side was trying to sell me a service which i ended up staying to talk about however I mentioned the parking time issue to them and they told me it was fine just contact the desk and it should be fine however i still recieved a ticket which i am not at fault for because i had been mislead. Please help me if you can.

Drivers are allowed at least 10 mins grace on entry to the car park, with a similar 10 mins on exit.
