Help with UKCP Popla Appeal

Hi All,

I am writing this on behalf of my mother, registered keeper of the vehicle.

Driver of the vehicle (not the Registered Keeper) parked in a UKPC car park on shopping centre. We have parked in this particular space a few times before and in fact was told by the parking attendant and his manager together that its okay to park there with the blue badge. The signs are very poor too. UKPC has now sent us POPLA Code to use with in 28 day and I need help with writing the appeal pls help as my English is not that good i need very urgent help. Thank you
